Shanghai (Gasgoo)- The first NEV model P8 with PHEV system under GWM WEY brand makes domestic debut on November 15th, and is expected to be launched at the end of year.
Based on WEY VV7 model, WEY P8 keeps VV7’s body design with exaggerating front face and honeycomb air-inlets in the center, displaying strong visual impact. The model's length, width and height is respectively 4,760mm, 1,931mm, 1,655mm with a wheelbase of 2,950mm. The model also keeps four exhaust systems on both sides in the tail, wrapped with prominent edges.
Its interior decoration follows the WEY family style with all LCD dashboard, steering wheel power adjustment, electric reserve box and planned charging being equipped.
The model equips with 2.0T engine and electric motor in power system, as well as 6-speed dual-clutch gearboxes. The model has a comprehensive power of 340 horsepower and peak torque of 524 NM. Official statement indicates that it takes four hours for full charge under 220V currents.
