Fifth, if there is any problem of the vehicles, such as mortgage, identity card number or the name does not match, the organization code certificate name or code card number mismatching, please solve these problems before scrapping vehicles.
According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Commerce, the subsidy standard and range are: semi-trailer tractors whose usage time is more than 10 years (including 10 years) and less than 15 years, heavy trucks whose total weight is more than 12,000 kilograms (including 12,000 kg) (including ordinary trucks, vans, trucks, warehouse gate closed trucks, tank trucks, flatbed trucks, container trucks, dump trucks and other special structure models, excluding the full trailers and semi trailers), the subsidy standard is RMB 18,000 per vehicle.
